The Match Clou

Before the kick off, several people in Italy didn't believe in this Juventus. Now, after the impressive match against Manchester City on the first round of the Group of the Death, many of them have to change idea. Mandzukic and Alvaro Morata have reversed the situation scoring two beautiful goals (really good the Morata's one), returning Kompany's goal (or Chiellini's owngoal, maybe pushed by the belgian player). Great Juventus anyway, which won the game even though Marchisio was out (with Kedhira) and the young Sturaro, apprently without international experience, was on the pitch since the first minute. Honestly Juventus has played better than the citizens for the whole match, and the owngoal was in that moment as unfair as undeserved. Seen Juventus in the last matches in Serie A, everybody thought that Man City was close to win the match, becuase the actual reaction skills of bianconeri were still in holydays. But at last, Juventus have had the credit to believe and to continue to play as before the goal. Firstly a perfect cross of Pogba was deflected in goal by Mandzukic, then a random ball near Man city's area was touched precisely by Morata (just wake up), and there was nothing to do for Hart. After that Juventus has controlled the match without issues, and Manchester City couldn't do anything else, even though Aguero came in, maybe too late. Now Juventus and Sevilla lead the group, Man City and Borussia have to chase if they don't want to miss the train to the next round.

Uefa Champion's League is finally among us. 32 teams will start tonight and tomorrow the most important competiotion by the first match, running to the Milan's San Siro Final on the 23rd May 2016. Who's going to win? Who's going to be the surprise? Barcelona is still the best team? Can Real Madrid, with the new coach Rafa Benitez, have some chance to win the cup number 11? Has Bayern Munich overtaked the shock of last semifinal against the Blaugrana? Could Juventus, without Tevez, Pirlo and Vidal, repeat the exploit and come back to the final? Manchester teams, PSG, Chelasea (who is experiencing a small crisis like Juventus), are going to be credible outsiders? Tonight and tomorrow we will have the first answers to these questions. For a while, aware that it's still only september and the season is just started and very long, we could try to give some forecast. Barcelona is still the best team; Messi-Suarez-Neymar is an unbelievable triangle, and in the midfield players like Iniesta (Highlander) and Rakitic are supported by Sergio, and they can help the attack side, creating a very keen war machine. Tomorrow night we will see them against Roma, which is in a good shape, so we can realize wich is the real blaugrana moment. The match clou today is in the group D, the most difficult one with Manchester City, Juventus, Sevilla and Borussia Mon. Pellegrini's team hosts Juventus. Bookmakers aren't confident in Turin team winning. As first 3 serie A natches said, probably Juventus is still not ready yet. Plus the list of injuries (Kedhira, Marchisio, maybe Morata) doesn't help Massimiliano Allegri to set up a good lineup. Otherwise, even though Pellegrini has the same problem (Aguero, Delph, Clichy and Zabaleta out), Man City comes from an en plein on the first 5 Premier's matches. It's surely a match to watch.

Dream Team

So, finally, the wait is over even for the champions. Tonight at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome Barcelona is going to start his competition. Against another italian team. Right now, as Serie A says, Roma is in a good shape, but it's always hard and plenty of difficulties to play against the european champions. De Rossi, one of the veterans of the team trained by Rudy Garcia, is quite sure that tonight's result won't affected the rest of the season for the giallorossi. On the other side Luis Enrique is pretty sure that Roma will be an important test for his team, but he reminds everybody that Barca wants to win again the Champion's. Surely tonight in Roma Messi and company will try to restart exactly from where they finished last season.
